FURNITURE & FLOORING
When you are receiving new floors in your home, you will need to remove the furniture in the rooms beforehand. The old flooring will need to be pulled up, removed, and disposed, and the last thing you want to do is damage your favorite pieces in the process! Even if your new flooring installation will float on top of your current floors, there may be tools and saws involved that can puncture or scratch your furniture. Once your new floors are installed, different materials will require different amounts of time before you can place furniture back on it. For your heavier pieces, we always recommend using felt pads on the legs to reduce pressure on your new floors.
